Microaggression: a statement, action, or incident regarded as an instance of indirect, subtle or unintentional discrimination against a marginalized group.
Systemic Racism: systems and structures have procedures and processes that disadvantage people of color.
Colorism: prejudice or discrimination against individuals with dark skin tone, typically among people in the same ethnic or racial group.
Implicit Bias: when you have attitudes, prejudices, and judgements that you unconsciously hold about people or groups.
Allyship: a lifelong process of building supportive relationships with underrepresented, marginalized, or discriminated communities with the aim of advancing inclusion.
